Fill Out the Questionnaire

You will complete a guided questionnaire that gathers information relevant to your divorce. You will also receive educational information to help you to make informed decisions.

Send for Spousal Collaboration

Once you have completed the questionnaire, it will be sent to your spouse for collaboration. They will be able to determine the position on the proposed terms of the divorce. You and your spouse will collaborate to make sure you are both in agreement on the terms of your divorce.

Review and Sign the Agreement

Once you and your spouse have agreed on the responses and information in the questionnaire and make the final payment, SimpleEnding will deliver a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement for your review and approval. When you and your spouse have approved and signed the agreement, the remaining documents needed to finalize the divorce will be made available to download.

File Your Documents

With your documents you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the divorce process. Once the documents have been filed you simply wait for the court to review the case filed and sign the final orders.

Guaranteed Court-Accepted Documents

Because we’re owned and operated by family law attorneys in your state, we back up our divorce document quality with a guarantee. If the court rejects your documents due to any technical defects, SimpleEnding will ensure that any defects are resolved at no additional cost to you.
