$295 gives both you and your spouse access to the questionnaire, and the ability to dispute issues within the application. First, one party will fill out the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been filled out, the other party will have the opportunity to review the responses to the questionnaire and propose changes. This facilitates communication and cooperation in amicably agreeing to these terms.

Once you both have agreed on the responses and terms outlined in the questionnaire, you’re ready to move forward with the divorce process. This triggers the final payment of $695. The second payment provides you access to tailored documents that reflect the information gathered in the questionnaire.

You and your spouse will review these documents to ensure they are accurate. Once you have both reviewed, approved, and signed the documents, they can be downloaded and submitted to the court. SimpleEnding provides detailed instructions about filing these documents correctly.

The documents come with the divorce guarantee. This means that SimpleEnding guarantees that the court will accept the documents provided to finalize your divorce. If the court rejects your documents due to any technical defects, SimpleEnding will ensure that any defects are resolved at no additional cost to you.

Getting Started

If you are unable to come to an agreement on the responses to the questionnaire, you will not be able to complete your divorce with our service and do not need to pay any additional fees. Despite that, the initial investment of $295 is still beneficial. Going through the questionnaire leads to greater understanding of the divorce process, the issues you and your spouse can agree on, and the issues that need to be addressed with an attorney. The SimpleEnding process will help you save time and money, even if you have to hire an attorney.

SimpleEnding allows you and your spouse to create high-quality, tailored divorce documents without hiring an attorney. The initial cost of SimpleEnding is less than a consultation with a reputable attorney. Even if you are unable to come to an agreement on all the terms of your divorce, the knowledge you gained from SimpleEnding will save you time and money in the long-run while working with an attorney or mediator.

Our service will work for most situations. However, there are some situations where it may be best to seek out legal counsel. Even if you use our service, we do not discourage anyone from seeking advice from counsel to ensure they are making good decisions. More complex divorce cases may require additional advice and assistance. Cases with domestic abuse, a disabled party or child, or a complex asset portfolio may benefit from the legal advice of an attorney or mediator. In those cases, our service may work, but we encourage you to seek out legal advice to address these types of situations and how they may affect your divorce.

About US

SimpleEnding uses patent-pending technology to guide users through the divorce process and educates them to make informed decisions about the terms of the divorce. Any information necessary to understand the questions and their answers is available within the questionnaire and easy to reference. Upon completion of the questionnaire, the user should have the knowledge and information to understand the language contained in the tailored documents.

SimpleEnding was created by attorney Jill Coil. After years of practice in family law, she identified the need for a service that allows users to create high-quality and court-ready documents for the fraction of the cost of an attorney. With other online divorce platforms, people consent to terms they don’t fully understand or that may be inadvisable or unenforceable. SimpleEnding guides users through the divorce process, educates them to make informed decisions, and allows them to work amicably with their spouse to complete their divorce.
