We want to use our legal experience and attorney resources to help you get the quality divorce decree you deserve!
Why we created Simpleending?

- These services routinely result in poorly written, incorrect, or ambiguous divorce documents. This can lead to provisions that are unltimately unenforceable when post-divorce issuers arise. The result is poorly written, incorrect, or ambiguous divorce documents, which are not enforceable by the court when post-divorce issues arise.
- When you draft divorce documents, you’re expected to understand and use legal language, which most people don’t know how to do. Though legal writing seems unnecessarily complicated, it has to be written that way in order for a court of law to know how to interpret and enforce the documents for years to come.
- We kept seeing how much money people who had done a DIY divorce originally were spending on post-divorce attorneys, realizing that if they had a quality divorce decree in the first place, they would have saved money in the long-term.
- We want to use our legal experience and attorney resources to help you get that quality divorce decree in the first place, so that once your divorce is finalized, you can have peace of mind, be done with legal fees, and truly move on in life!
Many people without an attorney try to draft their own divorce decrees using the standard forms and tools available online. The result is poorly written, incorrect, or ambiguous divorce documents, which are not enforceable by the court when post-divorce issues arise.
